docuterDocuter is a place where you can upload, publish, store and share documents. You can embed the documents on to your corporate website, blog, e-zine, etc. Your documents can be shared with the Docuter community and friends and can be emailed to anyone you wish. You can upload any kind of documents as Docuter supports more than 200 document types. Individuals can comment on, rank, bookmark and email documents that you make public. You also have the option of keeping your documents private. There is NO limit on file size or page size, but larger files might mean slower loading based on internet speed. You can also organize your files in folders. Email registration and verification was fast and simple and the interface of this Web 2.0 tool is intuitive and easy to use. The down side…files did not always appear online in the same format they did when I uploaded them. I was actually very disappointed with the format of the PowerPoint.

Still…this would be a great way to post homework assignments or handouts online for student accessibility (no need to make all those extra copies for students who lose their first copies).
