You have probably gathered by now I am intrigued by Web 2.0 tools, generators, and great resources that can be used in the classroom. A reader recently shared the fun photo-imaging site picjoke.com. The site has numerous “scenes” that incorporate a photo image of your choice. Simply click on the image style you like and upload your photo. It couldn’t be easier! I have posted some samples I created using my photograph below.
These generators are not only simply to use, they also generate some great interest in the classroom! Use them as visual story starters, print them for bulletin boards, include them in PowerPoints, and use them to digitally recognize your students.
