		<description>Thanks for mentioning the training and development search engine. The name is, indeed, tongue in cheek, but it should be interesting to see how well we can make it useful. These engines are &quot;experiments&quot; to see if we can make finding things on the Internet a little less aggravating. One of the things I&#039;m starting to like is the ability to search for research in training, development and learning, but it&#039;s so unfortunate that so much of it requires fees to see.</description>
